We know how exciting it is to wait for your order to arrive! Once your order has been picked, packed, and dispatched from our warehouse (within 3 working days of purchase), it will be in the hands of our courier partners.
When we start getting your order ready, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. In that email, you'll find your tracking number and a link to follow your order's journey. Just click through to see updates directly from the courier.
If you don't see the email, double-check your spam or junk folder, or search your inbox for Mustard Made.
Please note that some of our products are packed across two cartons, so they may arrive separately. If you've ordered multiple products, they may also be delivered in separate shipments depending on how they're packed and how they travel through the courier network.
